Effective 24 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Tolga Bilen, the developer of Bounty ("Bounty", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Please read the parts about health, subscriptions and refunds.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. You need an Apple ID and a compatible device. One account per person; keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Bounty is a tracking and motivation tool. It is not medical advice, not a training prescription written for your body, and not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Calorie estimates, the Sensei coach, progressive-overload suggestions and the AI body scan are produced by software and can be wrong. Before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and if you have any condition, injury, pregnancy or medication that could be affected, ask a qualified professional. You alone decide what to lift and what to eat, you train at your own risk, and you should stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual. Never lift beyond what you can control, and never enter false lifts to inflate a record.
Your training data belongs to you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why; it is part of these terms. You can export your history and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting the account is permanent.
Bounty PRO is an auto-renewable subscription bought through Apple's App Store: Monthly (renews every month) or Annual (renews every year), and from time to time a discounted annual plan offered once, at the end of sign-up. The price you see on the payment screen is the price Apple will charge, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your device's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps PRO until the paid period ends. If we change a price, Apple will tell you first and ask for your agreement where the law requires it. Any unused free-trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. PRO features may change over time; we will not remove the core of what you paid for during a paid period.
Because purchases are made through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, not by us, and we cannot issue them ourselves. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you bought with, and choose the purchase. Where your consumer law gives you a right to a refund (for example a statutory cooling-off period), that right is not affected by these terms. Credits and chests bought or earned in the app have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.
Credits are earned inside the app and can be spent on chests that grant cosmetic items (frames, banners, stickers, titles). They are licences to use those items inside Bounty, not property; they have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may be adjusted or retired if we change or end a feature. The odds of each chest are shown before you open it. Cosmetics do not affect training results or rankings.
You keep ownership of what you post (photos, clips, captions, comments, crew names). You give Bounty a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content inside the app so that the features you use (feed, crews, board, duels) can work. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post, anything sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, illegal or spam, anything that reveals another person's private information, or anything that impersonates someone. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: we may remove content and suspend or delete accounts without notice. Every user can report a post or comment and block another user from inside the app; reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Rankings and bounties are computed from logged training; we may reset or correct them when we find false entries.
Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the app or its server, bypass limits, automate accounts, or use Bounty for anything unlawful. Do not resell access. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.
Bounty, its name, logos, designs, characters, artwork, sounds, text and code are ours or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Exercise illustrations are used under licence from their creators. Bounty is an original work; it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manga, anime, film or game franchise, and any resemblance of themes or terms to such works is not a claim of association. You may not copy, sell or create derivative works from Bounty's content outside the app.
We work hard to keep Bounty running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features (sync, feed, AI, board) depend on networks and third parties and may be unavailable at times. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app; if we do, we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to export your data first.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for injury, illness or loss arising from your training or nutrition decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country (including, in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law, and in the EU, your statutory consumer rights).
These terms are between you and Bounty only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Bounty, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims, and for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example Apple's Media Services terms) when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Bounty's licence to you is limited, non-transferable and for use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
You can stop using Bounty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we discontinue the app. Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, except that if you are a consumer in another country you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Before any dispute, write to us at help@bountyliftapp.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
